Over the years I've had the privilege to both work alongside and also lead agency staffs handling work in the furniture, arts, and health care industries. I've served as Sr. CW, Sr. AD, CD and Virtual Marketing Manager, which gives me the background necessary to either supply the right answers to other marketing pros or nail the work by myself.
Outdoor Lifestyle
Responsible for art direction, content creation, strategic direction, production. Handled ads, brochures, catalogs, sales sheets and online media.
Thomasville Furniture
While working with agency I was responsible for creative, copywriting and production for Dealer advertising.
Hickory Chair Furniture
Served as in-house Creative Director for Hickory Chair. Responsible for refresh of brand, creation of "Crafted for Life" theme, served as art director and production.
Blumenthal Performing Arts Center
Oversaw in-house artists, copywriters and served as CD and Sr. Copywriter. Work below shows design and production. Enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate with Disney when Lion King stage production first arrived in Charlotte. Responsibilities included working with IT, and creating ads, billboards, posters, flyers, informational literature, newsletters and programs.
Food/Restaurant
Over the years I've been able to work with agencies as a creative lead or manage staffs that have worked on various restaurants such as Western Steer and Annabelle's. However, the most fun you can have is working with those with limited budgets, high hopes, and having a belief that any attention can be good for business. And somehow it all works out.
Radio Work
For various clients I've storyboarded and written both video and audio productions. Below are three examples of my radio work written as Sr. CW for agencies. Two are for FRESH Express salads, a project from Food Lion, while the second is one of my favorites in working with a restaurant chain called Annabelle's.
